The 5 Love Languages of Introverts | TIS Ep. 20

The 5 Love Languages of Introverts | TIS Ep. 20

Episode Summary:

Introverts have the unfortunate reputation of not being the happiest of people. But, is that even true? The sisters think not. In fact, they believe that like most people, introverts have “love languages”: things that make them feel happy, and able to be their best selves. Tune in as Sharon and Lisa each reveal their introvert love languages. Plus: This has been a summerless summer. No trips, no festivals, no vacations, nothing. They even cancelled Crop Over in Barbados. The girls discuss what they did instead of their usual summer activities.

3 Big Takeaways:

  1. One-on-one convos are the best: “Those conversations that you have one on one are important. Those are where the magic happens.”
  2. Introverts need their quiet time: “Give me some time. Give me some space, with no ambient noise. Just complete quiet. A little bit of sensory deprivation, almost.”
  3. Most introverts are homebodies, and that’s ok: “My home is my sanctuary. It is my haven.”
